B-VCA practice exam
B-VCA stands for Basic Safety VCA. It is the diploma for people who work on site: in construction, industry, technical services and logistics. With this diploma you show that you know the most important safety rules and can recognise dangerous situations.

Which topics are covered?
The B-VCA exam is about situations you come across at work. For example working with machines, hazardous substances, working at height and what to do after an accident. The practice exams spread the questions over the same topics as the real exam.

The question types
One answer
You choose the correct answer from three options. Sometimes there is a drawing, sign or pictogram with it.
Multiple answers
There are two or more correct answers. Each correct answer you choose earns points, each wrong answer you choose costs points.
Yes or no per statement
You judge three statements and choose yes or no for each line. Every correct line counts towards your score.
Matching and order
For example, you match protective equipment to tasks, or put measures in the right order.

Who needs B-VCA?
You need a B-VCA diploma if you work for a VCA-certified company, or if your client asks for it. This applies to carpenters, fitters, welders, electricians, painters, forklift drivers, production workers and many agency workers.
You take the exam at a recognised exam centre. The diploma is valid for ten years. If you fail, you can take the exam again. Good practice helps you avoid that.
What does the B-VCA package cost?
You pay once for the package in the language you choose. Then you can practise for four weeks with all five practice exams. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically.

Questions about B-VCA
How many questions does the B-VCA exam have?
Forty questions in sixty minutes. You pass with 64.5 percent of the points or more.
What is the difference with VOL-VCA?
B-VCA is for workers on site. VOL-VCA is for operational supervisors and foremen, has sixty questions and also covers managing other people.
In which languages can I practise B-VCA?
In all 19 languages of the app, including Polish, Romanian, Turkish, Arabic, Ukrainian and Bulgarian.
